QRSIS is used to provide hotel services digitally. Room number, full name, check-in and check-out dates, contact details, orders, requests, survey responses and technical logs may be processed to operate the service.
This information is used for login, order and request management, guest satisfaction, security, error analysis and legal obligations.
Personal data is shared only with authorized hotel staff, service providers, PMS/SMAPI integration and necessary technical infrastructure components.
Data is retained according to the stay period, operational needs and legal retention periods. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymized.
