QRSIS is provided to access hotel services such as room service, surveys, announcements, requests and information.
Guests must log in with their own room and identity information, must not use another person's information and must not misuse the system.
Products, prices, service hours and availability may change according to hotel operations. Orders and requests become valid when confirmed by the hotel.
If a technical issue occurs, you may contact reception or the relevant hotel department.
